ABOUT OUR COACHES
All of our instructors and our coaches are excellent, we take pride in what we do and we only have the best trainers on our team at TMF. They are all exceptional at helping people lose weight, build muscle, and all the other typical fitness expectations. However, each of our trainers also have their specialities, which are listed below.

Ben
Ben is our coach who specialises in Boxing and Calisthenics training. Ben has spent years developing his knowledge in bodyweight only training and has a passion for helping others.
Ryan
Ryan is our coach who specialises in in Self-Defence, Nutrition and Body Transformations. Ryan has helped hundreds of people over the years become more confident with their self-defence skillset, whilst also being an expert and getting people in shape for a deadline with his background in getting people transformed in a set amount of weeks or months.
Sven
Sven is our coach who specialises is Strength Training and Technique. Sven is a keen lifter who takes pride in using the best possible technique, both from an efficiency perspective and also to stay as injury free as possible. Sven has help many people become more confident with their technique, especially those at the beginning of their fitness journey.
Tom
Tom is our coach who specialises in Injury Rehabilitation/Prehabilitation and Pre/Post Natal females. Tom has spent over a decade studying Strength & Conditioning with a key focus on how to prevent getting injured in sport, in particular in the lower back and lower body. Tom has also spent years studying and helping clients who are pregnant or who have recently given birth.
